Born on October 1, 1975 in Flushing, New York, Tobias Truvillion is an African-American actor who appeared in television series Third Watch and Law & Order: SVU. In 2006, he was cast for the role of Vincent Jones in the soap opera One Life to Live. His film appearances include those in Paid in Full, Death of a Dynasty and Hitch.

Vincent Jones of One Life to Live is played by Tobias Truvillion. Vincent came to Llanview inheriting his father's business. Natalie Buchanan then came to him asking for help in finding her boyfriend's father's murderer. Vincent, who was intrigued by her, agreed to help. Vincent was also the manager of Cristian Vega, who was an aspiring boxer. His long time girlfriend was Layla Williamson, who dumped him after she found out that he drugged Cristian, who was also the boyfriend of Layla's sister, Evangeline.
