Michael WeaverOne of Michael Weaver’s greatest talents is his ability to do extremely well in both comedy and drama. Handsome and charming, he attracts fans with his winning smile and mesmerizing eyes. This sports enthusiast keeps his physique well trimmed by engaging in soccer and golf. He has a unique appeal that makes him a well-admired actor and singer as well. At present, he stars on the comedy series Notes from the Underbelly.

Born on February 17, 1971 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Michael Weaver started out as a singer-musician who got discovered while performing in a pub. After landing his first acting gig with actor Jack Lemon, he decided to move to New York to study acting full time. He attended director Mike Nichol’s New Actors Workshop. After training, he got exposed to various off-Broadway productions like Geography of a Horse Dreamer and Urban Empire's Worldly Acts. Eventually, he landed guest roles on television shows such as Law & Order, NCIS, Providence, Cold Case, Monk and Hot Properties. His film credits included Super Troopers, Club Dread and The Greatest Game Ever Played, in which he served as the director.

Weaver’s inclusion on Notes from the Underbelly allows him to showcase his proficiency in comedy and enables him to positively prolong his exposure on television. He portrays Andrew’s best friend who is being kept in the dark regarding Andrew’s wife’s pregnancy. Viewers definitely take delight in his childish behavior, not to mention his infatuation with gorgeous women.
