'Nip/Tuck' Love Scene Deemed Worst by Maxim
On the previous season of Nip/Tuck, openly gay actress and television personality Rosie O'Donnell had an onscreen romp with Julian McMahon, who plays Dr. Christian Troy, and while the scene was anything but steamy, O'Donnell was so pleased with her performance that she would "love to do that show again and again and again."  However, Maxim, one of the country's leading men's magazines, begs to disagree.

Recently, the magazine released a list of what it believes are the worse love scenes of all time, and Rosie O'Donnell and Julian McMahon's coupling earned the top spot.

“It's nice to see that Satan is getting some directing work on cable,” the magazine said.  “We don't know what kind of bet McMahon lost, but having to hump O´Donnell—who can´t even shut up during this, either!—is a fate worse than Fantastic Four.”

Rosie O'Donnell's character, lottery winner Dawn Budge, went to Julian McMahon's Christian with the aim of getting all the plastic surgery she can get.  She also wanted breast augmentation for her daughter, and penis enlargement for her husband.  Things turned ugly for Dawn, however, when she caught her daughter and husband in bed together.

Seeking revenge, Dawn went back to Christian, who agreed to have sex with her for “400,000 bucks…[for] ten minutes.  Strictly missionary. Nothing Kinky.”

Other couples that made it into the list are James Spader (Boston Legal) and Rosanna Arquette (The L Word) for the 1996 erotic film Crash, Ryan Reynolds and Cynthia Fancher for National Lampoon Van Wilder, former lovebirds Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez for Gigli, Sharon Stone and Joe Pesci for Casino, Woody Harrelson (Will & Grace) and Lin Shaye for Kingpin, Jack Nicholson and Billie Gibsob for the horror-thriller film The Shining, and William H. Macy and Maria Bello for The Cooler.

Catch the fifth season of Nip/Tuck every Tuesday night at 10pm on FX.
