The big news about tonight's NCIS episode is our boys supposedly getting into legal trouble because of a case. I'll give you a moment to savor the picture above.

On "The Inside Man" a blogger accuses the NCIS team of mishandling its investigation of the murder of a lieutenant, going as far as accusing them of covering up the real crime altogether. To make matters worse, the blogger ends up dead, so the team is forced to reopen the old case to clear the name of NCIS.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

However, in doing so, Tony (Michael Weatherly) and McGee (Sean Murray) reportedly end up resorting to less-than-legal and ethical means of gathering evidence, something that doesn't sit well with the DC police. It's then up to Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Vance (Rocky Carroll) to bail them out, but will they?

On the last episode of NCIS - "Reunion" - Ziva (Cote de Pablo) was reunited with her NCIS family after her harsh ordeal. And based on our little poll, the reunion that most people enjoyed was between her and Tony (55 percent), followed by Abby on a distant second (21 percent), then Gibbs (17 percent) and McGee (4 percent). Personally, I voted for Abby because I was never a fan of Tiva - I enjoyed the little flirting and tension, but not the whole idea - and the connection between Ziva and Abby is really something.

On that episode, Ziva's first task was to talk to Gibbs and thank him (via a gift chisel) and it was somewhat necessary so that she can resume her NCIS duties. I'm not sure I liked how he called her damaged goods, though. At the end of the day, most of us are damaged goods. I know though that most people enjoyed the bathroom conversation between Tony and Ziva (and Tony singing). It ended with a kiss on the cheek - understated but meaningful.

Catch NCIS tonight on CBS.
