Read on for a preview of tonight's My Name is Earl.

After having his heart broken by the babysitter, a young Earl (Noah Crawford) vows revenge and goes to drastic measures to make sure she and her boyfriend pay the ultimate price.  Now, Earl (Jason Lee) is older and wiser, so he decides that it's time to cross them off his list.  He then tries to find the couple and their live-in obnoxious, grown son, and he immediately thinks that karma wants him to help the freeloader learn how to make it on his own.  On the other hand, Earl finds that the lesson in tough love also applies to his brother Randy (Ethan Suplee), he realizes the difficulty in kicking someone out of the nest.

Meanwhile, Joy (Jaime Pressly) struggles to tell Darnell (Eddie Steeples) that she lost his beloved pet turtle.

In other news, recurring cast member Alyssa Milano, who plays Billie Cunningham, is reportedly engaged to CAA agent David Bugliari.  The two have been dating for more than a year.

"I've gotten such -- about my dating choices," she told Details in 2007 of her penchant for romancing Major League pitchers, including Carl Pavano, Barry Zito and Brad Penny. "Like, every single article ... is about how I'm 'the chick that dates athletes ... I'd love to just find a good plumber or doctor."

For now, an agent will have to do.

This will be Milano's second marriage.  She was previously married to Cinjun Tate.  The couple split in 1999.  She has also been linked to Justin Timberlake, Corey Haim and Eric Dane, as well as to several athletes.
