Moonlight fans, the long wait is over because tonight the paranormal romance returns with a new episode.  As reported previously, the tenth episode of the show is called “Sleeping Beauty,” in which Coraline (Shannyn Sossamon) is literally on her death bed after Beth's (Sophia Myles) assault in “Fleur de Lis.”  Though tonight's episode continues to see the after-effects of Beth's revenge, it will generally focus on Josef Konstantin (Jason Dohring).

Dohring sheds more light on his most significant episode yet.

So far, little has been revealed about Josef.  But his storylines have gradually evolved over the course of nine episodes and viewers will soon realize that there's more to this suit-loving hedonist than meets the eye.

Unlike the noble Mick (Alex O'Loughlin), his tremendously rich centuries old mentor has embraced his immortal nature, deliberately feeding on sexy girls and shunning human interactions.  In “Sleeping Beauty,” Josef's mysterious background will unfold as Mick discovers a secret that his best friend has kept from him for over 40 years, which is also the reason why Josef opposes Mick's budding romance with his mortal love Beth.

“In the episode this Friday, you find out basically why he's always concerned about Mick dating humans and being with humans…There's basically a personal reason that Josef's gone through.  I don't know if it's proper or whatever, but I always kind of take the idea that maybe Josef has gone through what Mick's going through.  Maybe one time he was a good person, and you'll sort of see glimpses of that, you know, with my former hairstyle, and my really nice suit in New York in this week's episode,” Dohring revealed.

According to Dohring, who catapulted to stardom for his role on Veronica Mars, he has heard of several storylines for other upcoming episodes but tonight's episode is the biggest episode and the one he is most proud of so far.

With his commanding presence and enigmatic appeal, it's not unusual for Josef to have a romantic storyline.  Viewers have learned a little bit about his rollercoaster relationship with vampire Lola in “B.C.” but Dohring says that he looks forward to seeing someone that could match his character.

“You'll see some really cool stuff in this next episode.  I don't know if that's too much of a spoiler but you'll definitely see some love interest.  You'll see.  I don't know how to explain it or whatever,” he said.
