Earl Billings was born on July 4, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio. He has appeared in over thirty television series, a few of which include The Bionic Woman (1976), Good Times, The Incredible Hulk, The Jeffersons, Knight Rider, The Twilight Zone, Hill Street Blues, Married...With Children, LA Law, Moesha, Chicago Hope, Dharma & Greg, and the latest 2007 ABC television series Miss Guided.

Principal Huffy is played by Earl Billings in the television series Miss Guided.
