Over the 55 years that Playboy has been in existence, many brave celebrities have bared it all and appeared in the magazine. The first was Marilyn Monroe and since then, Kim Basinger, Drew Barrymore, Denise Richards, Brooke Burke, Kim Kardashian are just a few of the bombshells who have followed suit (or lack there of). Recently, it was rumored that Kim Kardashian said that her Playboy appearance was a once in a lifetime thing and she would never pose again. This week, she comes clean about exactly what was said and what her feelings are about baring it all a second time for Hef and the mag.

Here’s the story. Several websites, including FOX News, reported that Kim said of her Playboy stint, “It was a one-off. I don't think I'll do Playboy or anything like that again.” Kim took to her official blog to set the record straight, yelling, “THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE!" She then made her real feelings known to her fans. "While I'm not planning to pose for the men's magazine in the immediate future, I definitely don't want to close the door to the opportunity,” she said. “I absolutely love Hugh Hefner and the rest of the Playboy team and appreciate the opportunity to work with them!"

It’s been clear that Kim Kardashian has been trying to change her public image. One of the ways that she did that was by appearing on Dancing With The Stars but didn’t last very long. "Lately I have steered away from the sexier shoots but it doesn't mean I'm afraid to be sexy or ashamed of that,” she said. “I have no regrets."
