Keeping Up with the Kardashians didn't make you want to never hear the word “Kardashian,” the phrase “junk in the trunk” or anything related to the concept of a ten-year-old on a stripper pole ever ever again, then this event might be for you.
Kim Kardashian, the “star” of the Kardashian family and, as the junk-in-trunkiest of them all, central figure of
Keeping up with the Kardashians, will be hosting the New Year's party at the club Mansion. Popcrunch reports that “the posh nightclub sports two levels featuring six bars, the Ivy Room, the Library, dance floor, and mezzanine with a capacity for 2,500 guests in the heart of South Beach on Miami's colorful Washington Avenue.”
The December
Playboy cover girl will be joined by Colleen Shannon, another
Playboy Playmate. Colleen has been deemed “The World Sexiest DJ” and will be spinning tunes for the party goers.
Kim will be joined by sisters
Kourtney Kardashian and
Khloe Kardashian, and mother
Kris Kardashian. Their network, E!, notes that "
Keeping Up with the Kardashians, their hit reality series, is currently shooting the second season, so expect the cameras to be rolling.”
Say what you will about the values of the Kardashian family, but you have to give them some respect for their tireless efforts to bring home the bucks. For Kim, this won't really just be a party; it is a working evening for her. She will be making $75,000 for her appearance. Not bad for a night's work, but she's still got a ways to go: even Kevin Federline is making more ($200,000!!) for his appearance at Tangerine in Las Vegas.
