Big names are about to grace TV's comedy circuit beginning this Wednesday. But there are also more faces to look forward to in the coming months, including an Oscar winning actress. Read on to find out more.
Susan Sarandon heads to The Big C: The Oscar winning actress will join the cast of the Showtime drama series for a major story arc in season 3. "She's another cancer survivor who has used her cancer experience in a unique way trying to inspire other people," series creator Darlene Hunt tells
The Hollywood Reporter of Sarandon's character. "She makes Cathy question whether she's doing enough with her own cancer experience."
Vivica A. Fox to appear on Raising Hope: According to
Entertainment Weekly, the
Kill Bill actress will guest star as a character named Sarah Louise, a church goer who ends up being Burt's (Garret Dillahunt) rival. Fox's episode is expected to air in late April or early May.
Susan Lucci and Ryan McPartlin on Hot in Cleveland: After appearing as Captain Awesome for five season on NBC
's spy comedy series, Ryan McPartlin moves on to his first post-
Chuck gig. He'll be appearing as a male escort hired by

Tyler Blackburn promoted to series regular on Pretty Little Liars: It looks like A has one more person to torment now that Blackburn's Caleb is sticking around for good. He'll be taking the spotlight in the February 13 episode entitled "CTRL:A" in which A seeks revenge on Caleb by possibly planting something on his computer.
