Blue-eyed Taylor Laurence Handley was born on June 1, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California. His movies include Jack Frost, Phantom of the Megaplex, Zerophilia, In From the Night, The Standard, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Origin/The Beginning, and September Dawn. Handley was nominated in 2001 for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Movie (Comedy), Leading Young Actor for his portrayal in Phantom of the Megaplex. He also appeared in numerous TV shows like Sons of Thunder, Odd Man Out, Frasier, NYPD Blue, Touched by an Angel, Crime Scene Investigation (CSI), Becker, Dawson’s Creek, The O.C., and Hidden Palms in 2006.

Johnny Miller is played by Taylor Handley in the new CW show Hidden Palms. He was a good student with good grades and had a passion for basketball until his father committed suicide. Soon after the incident he turned to drugs and alcohol to ease the burden he kept with inside. Fresh from rehab in Palm Springs, he struggles to move on with his life with his mother Karen and her new husband, Bob. Here he meets different people with different stories and struggles as he yearns to find the truth behind every mystery he encounters.
