Born on October 26, 1954 in Highland Park, Illinois, Donald Warren Moffett or D.W. for short, is a stage and film actor who appeared on numerous productions since 1985. He was raised in Wilmette and educated in Stanford University, majoring in Political Science. He joined the St. Nicolas Theater Company soon after he worked as an investment banker and afterwards put up his own theater company named Remains Theater. Bob Hardy of
Hidden Palms is played by D.W. Moffett. Hardy is the new husband of Karen, a recent widow whose former husband had committed suicide. She is left with a son named Johnny, a good student and active basketball player whose life had turned around due to the sudden death of his father. He became an alcohol and drug addict and was placed in rehab. Bob Hardy plays father and husband to Johnny and Karen who have been affected by the death of a significant person in their lives.
