Hayden Panettiere, who plays Claire Bennet on Heroes, has seemingly found herself a new man. Word on the street is that the 19-year-old actress is now dating 32-year-old Welsh TV presenter Steve Jones after being spotted frolicking in the South of France on the Neuro yacht. This is the second day in a row that Panettiere and Jones were spotted together on a boat. The couple was also seen on Elton John's partner David Furnish's boat.
This dating rumor has yet to be confirmed but if it's true, then it would probably put to rest yet another rumor involving the Heroes actress. Earlier this month, Panettiere was spotted with her Heroes co-star Adrian Pasdar, who plays Nathan, her on-screen biological father on the NBC drama. The two had a very private lunch at Katsuya in Hollywood and were the only two allowed to dine in the restaurant during their three-hour stay. The "couple" reportedly left the upscale eatery arm-in-arm all the way to the car.
Panettiere has been linked to older men in the past. She dated
Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia in 2007 for a little over a year but they broke up in February after Panettiere was spotted with 21-year-old Jesse McCartney at a bar where they were reportedly all over one another. Since the split, the actress has also been linked to a string of men including rocker Anthony Kiedis, 46, her ex Stephen Colletti, 23, and
300 actor Gerard Butler, 39.
Jones, on the other hand, has become the subject of tabloids due to his reputation as an avid womanizer. He has been linked with high-profile celebrity women, including
The Pop Factory co-host and ex-model Liz Fuller, as well as actresses Halle Berry, Pamela Anderson, Natalie Imbruglia, Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie, Mariah Carey and more recently, Fearne Cotton.
