It's been some time now since one-armed bandit Dave won on the finale of this season's Hell's Kitchen, and while he had a won a chance to work at the Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, B.C., just in time for the 2010 Winter Olympics, that's not until February next year, so for the mean time, he's back in Il Giardino '86, the Italian restaurant in Cedar Knolls.

And even though Dave will be heading up north soon for his new job, the owner of Il Giardino '86, where he worked after he was done filming Hell's Kitchen, said he's happy for Dave.

One-Armed Bandit Wins 'Hell's Kitchen'

"God bless him," said Joe Lubrano. "He impressed us with his skills, his imagination, his ability to work with other people. Dave is a very open-minded person. He's a joy to work with."

Dave won the sixth season of Hell's Kitchen two weeks ago via a come-from-behind win over consistent frontrunner Kevin. He also has the distinction of probably the only winner of Hell's Kitchen with a very pronounced injury, since he essentially worked halfway through the season with an injured wrist. He grew up in Chester, New Jersey and eventually moved to San Diego, California.
