Now that Hannah Montana has become an established box office hit, Disney is now ready to dominate the world of movies even further.  The adaptation of the hit series about a girl who lives a double life as an average teenage school girl and a famous pop singer at night, has already been confirmed by many of the stars of the program, including lead star Miley Cyrus, co-star Mitchel Musso, and on-screen and real-life dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.  While ideas for the highly anticipated film have already been rolling, not much has been revealed about the film's production until now.

According to TV Guide, the Hannah Montana movie will start production in April.  Though Brooke Shields, who plays Miley's mom Susan, and Heather Locklear, who plays Lilly's mom Heather, are not yet confirmed participants, many celebrities are expected to make cameos in the film.  Other celebrities rumored to make an appearance are Dolly Parton, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Willie Nelson, whom Billy Ray Cyrus is looking forward to cast.

Following the steps of the Lizzie McGuire series, the Hannah Montana movie will be shown in cinemas, rather than be a Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM).  TV Guide also reports that Billy Ray Cyrus will be producing the film, and that it will most likely premiere this winter.

“We're figuring out ideas for the Hannah Montana movie,” Miley Cyrus said of the movie, which will reportedly center on the Stewart family's return to Tennessee.

“My dad is the producer, which I'm really excited about,” she added.  “He's never done anything like this before, but my dad is ready to take on new challenges.”

Although details have not yet been made public, Hannah Montana: The Movie is expected to be a huge hit among tweens given the huge success of the highly rated television series, the Best of Both Worlds concert tour, and the Best of Both Worlds Concert in 3-D theaters.
