'Hannah Montana' Doll Line Now Available
Fans will be delighted to know that the Hannah Montana and Cheetah Girls doll lines are now available in retail stores nationwide.  Produced by JAKKS Pacific Inc. and Disney Consumer Products, the fashion and singing dolls were launched during the 2007 American International Toy Fair in February and are the first to hit the market.  Other products from the line, including playsets, role-play and dress-up items from JAKKS' CDI™ division, and exclusive interactive video games from JAKKS' Plug It In and Play TV Games™ line will follow in the fall.

“After months of pent up demand for the Hannah Montana and Cheetah Girls products, we're thrilled to finally put them into consumers' hands," Play Along Co-President Charlie Emby said.  "We are anticipating strong momentum through the holiday season."

Hannah Montana revolves around a young teen named Miley Stewart (Miley Cyrus), who spends her days trying to keep her life as pop star Hannah Montana a secret.  In keeping with the show's themes, which usually center on fashion and music, the new doll line includes Fashion Collection Dolls, In Concert Collection Dolls, the Rockin' Electric Guitar, the Rock Star Acoustic Guitar and the Rock Star Dance Mat. Two playsets- the Backstage Closet and the In Concert Stage- will also be available.

The doll line for the Cheetah Girls, an-all female music group made famous by the Disney film of the same name, will also include Fashion Collection and In Concert Collection Dolls.  Additionally, the line will feature the Cheetah Fabulous! Dress-Up Set, the Rockin Style Keyboard, the Groovin' Dance Mat and the Cheetah Girls Tour Bus playset.

Both doll lines are available at all major retailers and online.

Hannah Montana
remains one of the Disney Channel's highest-rated programs, and recently received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Children's Programming.  Aside from Miley Cyrus, the show also stars Billy Ray Cyrus, Jason Earles, Emily Osment and Mitchel Musso.
