It was just one kiss, people.

Newly regularized Jesse Williams tells Entertainment Weekly that he doesn't see "Jastina" (that's Jackson-Cristina - yes) in the cards next season on Grey's Anatomy, at least as far as his hunch goes.

'Grey's Anatomy' Roundup: TR Knight, Kim Raver and More

"If I were to get a love interest, it would be someone new," he says. "I feel like everyone has been with everyone and most people seem secure in their relationships for now. But I really like working with Sandra, so it would be fine by me."

Which is ... old news. Shonda Rhimes previously said that, "We don't think anything more will happen with Christina and Jackson," so we can shut up about that.

The Jastina pairing, probably a little less loathed than Towen (that's Teddy and Owen - yes), stemmed from an inebriated kiss last season. It didn't really go anywhere though, as the Grey's Anatomy writers seemed more interested in pursuing the triangle between Owen (Kevin McKidd), Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Teddy (Kim Raver).

But the Seattle Grace massacre survivor says he knows nothing about his upcoming storylines. He does say that he finds surgeries more "fascinating" than the "romance stuff."

"I'm excited for him to make more fully developed relationships with the other characters," he adds. "I want to get myself more embedded and do more doctor work. People always ask about the romance stuff, but I find the hospital business and the surgeries way more fascinating."

Speaking of knowing nothing, Williams reveals to TV Guide that the Seattle Grace massacre in the finale got everyone surprised - especially the fatalities.

"We all discovered what was happening at the same time at the table read," he says, adding that there was an awkward feeling in the room when Nora Zehetner read her death scene, which happened very early in the episode.

He adds, "We all shared glances and caught each others eyes. It was very mysterious ... I talked to Robert [Baker] about how he really did an amazing job. He got people to get behind his character and feel for Charles as he was dying."
