If you've seen the last episode of Grey's Anatomy
, this won't come as a shock to you, but just for good measure, Entertainment Weekly is confirming that - alas for those who didn't like it - Mark (Eric Dane) and Teddy (Kim Raver) are indeed hooking up on the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy
.Don't forget to catch: Katherine Heigl Leaves 'Grey's Anatomy' For Good?
So says Ausiello: "I can confirm that in the March 25 episode Teddy will interact with someone other than Owen and Cristina. And there's a good chance sex will be involved. I can't keep a secret -- Teddy and Mark are hooking up!"
Arguing that the two have absolutely no chemistry whatsoever, some Grey's Anatomy
fans maintain that the two have been "pushed"
to such pairing, unfortunately, more on the basis of lack of choice rather than natural plot and character progressions.
True enough, unless Teddy finds herself more stable connections other than Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen (Kevin McKidd), she can very well start following the path of many who came before her, including Hahn and Burke.
McSteamy and Teddy's rendezvous started off in a funny enough note. When Teddy wanted a consult regarding saline implants for her patient, Sloan said, "Good for you. It crossed my mind the first time I saw you, but I didn't think you were the type to go for it."
In other news, Leven Rambin is set to return to Grey's Anatomy
on April 29.
Her return will further advance this mature-and-straight road that her daddy is taking. After a couple of episodes screwing with random nurses, drug reps, and even a daughter of a patient, Mark, thanks to Callie's (Sara Ramirez) prodding, suddenly decided that he wanted to be a mature, family-oriented person.
