As the commercials have made abundantly clear, the gay bomb is about to drop on Monday night's all new episode of Gossip Girl.  There have been rumors for months that one of the characters would come out of the closet, but the Upper East Siders are in for a shock when they discover who it is.  (If you can't wait until Monday to find out, read our article here.)  Aside from that surprise, Georgina will continue to make Serena's life a living hell as she threatens to reveal S's deep, dark secret.  Will the scandal be shocking and titillating, or an anticlimactic letdown?

To prepare for Monday night's installment, entitled "All About My Brother," we have a few promo photos and a clip from the episode.

The CW's official description of the episode reads, "Georgina informs Serena that she is prepared to reveal damaging information from Serena's past, but no one is prepared for what Georgina does next.  Blair and Jenny (Taylor Momsen) escalate their 'popularity war' by spreading scandalous rumors about each other through Gossip Girl.  Dan (Penn Badgley) witnesses Jenny's new boyfriend, Asher, cheating on her, but Jenny refuses to listen to her brother's warning.  Rufus (Matthew Settle) goes to Lily (Kelly Rutherford) for advice on how to handle Jenny's recent out-of-character behavior."

I'm posting the first photo just as an excuse to talk about Blair's outfits.  While we can all agree that Chuck (Ed Westwick) has the best outfits in the world, I've noticed that B's clothes are a bit more divisive.  My friend thinks that the wardrobe department often dresses Blair like she's the long lost fifth Golden Girl.  What do you think?



Jenny and Asher look so cute together, don't they?  Too bad he's going to cheat on her after barely getting to know her.



I'm surprised that Blair (Leighton Meester) and the rest of the clique are allowing Nelly Yuki to hang out with them after destroying her SAT chances last week.  Does B feel bad for her, or does she just refuse to go away?



In this clip, we see Georgina invite herself to dinner with Serena (Blake Lively) and Lily.  Needless to say, S is not feeling very inviting.



The new episode of Gossip Girl airs Monday at 8pm on the CW.
