Glee isn't going anywhere for a very long time. After weeks of negotiations, FOX has officially renewed the musical comedy for not one, but TWO additional seasons.

Yes, Glee will return in the fall of 2013 for season 5, and again in the fall of 2014 for season 6. This double-renewal ensures lots of singing for two more years. Fans will be getting the 100th episode halfway through season 5.

The renewal does not come with any information about what the future will hold for Glee. Will the show move away from Lima and focus on the post-high school lives of the former New Directions? With more and more of the main cast graduating, that would seem logical.

There's also no word on which cast members will stay with the show for season 5. With more seniors graduating, Heather Morris being pregnant and a dramatically reduced role for several series regulars in season 4 (Amber Riley and Harry Shum, Jr. in particular), it seems like Glee's main cast might be reshuffled.

The renewals might also give hope to fans of Oxygen's The Glee Project. While it was already announced that there will not be a summer installment of the show this year, two more seasons means they could still move forward with the reality competition that offers winners a chance to be on Glee.
