Tonight marks Whoopi Golderg's first episode. But beyond that, there's still much more to get through in season 3 in such a short amount of time. In today's News Round-Up, we hear from Max Adler on a possible return, Chris Colfer discusses the alternate reality storyline and the Prom song list has been released.

Own the McKinley High Yearbook

But first, have you ever wanted to get a peek into McKinley High's yearbook? Now you have your chance, as Little, Brown is releasing today Glee: The Official William McKinley High School Yearbook by Debra Mostow Zakarin and the creators of Glee. Though in this version of the yearbook, it's all about the Glee Club! The book runs at 144 pages, and is so far receiving very positive reviews on Amazon. EW is sharing some pages from inside the yearbook for us to view.

"Prom-asaurus" Songs

A big event will be held at McKinley High next week, airing May 8: It's prom! The songlist from this episode has been released, and here they are: "Big Girls Don't Cry" (I'm assuming this is the Fergie song), "What Makes You Beautiful" by One Direction, "Dinosaur" by Kesha, "Love You Like a Love Song" by Selena Gomez and the Scene and "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin.

Chris Colfer as Finn?

As BuddyTV recently reported, Glee will air a two-hour episode on May 15, the first hour of which will center around Tina bumping her head and seeing an alternate reality where the students are playing each other. At the premiere of his new movie, Struck by Lightning, Chris Colfer spoke to reporters about this intriguing storyline. He says, "I really thought I had the hardest one because they were really hard to nail -- they're not over the top by any means. But it was also nerve wracking because I didn't want to disrespect anybody!"

Colfer will not spill the beans on whose shoes he'll be stepping into, even though photos from the set have pretty much confirmed that he will play Finn. He also says that, regarding trying to channel a different character, "It's kind of like a switch in your mind. You see yourself in a different mirror, and then you go for it!"

Will Karofsky Return?

The last time we saw Dave Karofsky, he attempted suicide. Thankfully, he is still alive. But after that horrifying situation, will we see him on the show again? According to TVLine, "There's a teensy chance he'll be back for the finale, but don't hold your breath. 'The soonest that I would come [back] would be in the finale, and that's up in the air,' [Max Adler says]. Personally, Adler ... would love to see Karofsky's storyline come full circle. 'For him to ultimately accept who he is and be OK with who he is, it would be an amazing thing for the fans to see,' he said, 'and for people who are struggling and identify with Karofsky to see.'"

So Adler says that the earliest he would return would be at the finale. But TVLine says "don't hold your breath" about that possibility." After hearing last week that Ashley Fink's Lauren Zizes would not be returning, I'd say don't hold your breath as well. However, on the flip side, about a week or two before Alex Newell's first guest starring episode aired, he was interviewed and wasn't sure when he'd be on, though he had to have filmed his spot already by that point. So maybe Adler is playing coy on this and Karofsky's return is supposed to be a surprise, though how would he fit into the finale's storyline, which is graduation? Is he a senior as well?
