On Friday's General Hospital, Claudia gets Johnny released from prison and takes him to see their father, pulling him away from Lulu. Patrick gives papers to Robin that will fight her for visitation rights. Jerry storms into Anthony's room and holds Johnny at gunpoint, saying that he has a message for them. Matt, General Hospital's newest doctor, walks into Spinelli's room and mistakenly thinks that Maxie is trying to sleep with him. Sonny tells Jax that he might want to get a paternity test.

Patrick confronts Robin, saying that he refuses to back down and give up the rights to his child.  Carly admits that she told Sonny that Jason was the father of her baby.  Jerry holds Johnny at gunpoint while telling Anthony to leave Kristina and Alexis alone.  When Jerry tries to leave with Johnny, Claudia offers herself in his place.

Maxie decides to let Matt think that she, in fact, was sleeping with Spinelli.  When Kate comes down on Carly, Sonny tells her that there's a lot that she doesn't know about her.  Carly begs Jason to lie, if the baby is Sonny's, and say that it's his.  Kate tells Sonny that she doesn't want any secrets or lies in their relationship.  Anthony tells Trevor, Ric, and Claudia that if anything happens to Johnny, he'll kill all of them.

Anna steps in while Robin and Patrick are fighting and punches him in the face.  She finds him soon after and tries to talk things out with him.  Elizabeth tries to convince Robin not to involve lawyers and social workers in her baby's life.  Jason demands that Carly take the pregnancy test before they speak any further about what they're going to do.

Ric goes to Alexis to let her know that Jerry has taken Johnny hostage.  Carly's test comes out negative and she is relieved but Jason is angry with her for involving him in her lies.  Lucky and Sam meet up at Kelly's and he vents to her about the possible romance blooming between Nikolas and Claudia.  Alexis turns her back on Ric, saying that at least Jerry defended her daughter.  Johnny tells Jerry that he had nothing to do with the threats against Kristina.

Matt tells Spinelli that he has a personality disorder that causes him to be uncomfortable and awkward in social situations.  Spinelli refuses tests, diagnoses, or treatments, saying that he is happy with who he is.  Maxie accuses Lulu of flirting with Matt at the hospital.  Anna tells Diane that she feels that, if the case goes to court, she'll have to testify on behalf of Patrick.  Claudia runs into the warehouse as Johnny has turned the gun on Jerry.  When she returns home, Jax asks Carly straight out if she slept with Sonny.  Sonny shows up on Jason's door to ask him if he slept with Carly.
