On yesterday's General Hospital, Spinelli delivers a Valentine's Day to Maxie that Coop was going to give her.  Ian asks Elizabeth to keep an eye on Sam but the claws come out when the two women are left alone together.  Claudia meets Jason and plays a high stakes game of pool with him in a bar.  Kate puts her foot down with Sonny, saying that she knows he is still in love with her.

Michal finds Carly in his room and screams at her to get out.  Maxie and Spinelli debate telling Lulu that they think Logan is the text message killer.  Johnny asks Claudia why she stayed away from home for so long.  Sonny wonders what has been keeping Jason so distracted from his work.  Elizabeth tells Nikolas that she's pretty sure he wasn't the one who hit Sam.

Jax demands that Michael apologize to his mother for his tone of voice and disrespectful attitude.  Once he finally gets them out of his room, he checks to make sure that his gun is still in its hiding place.  He moves it to his backpack instead.  Sonny demands that Jason put his personal life aside and put his work first.  Sam overhears Elizabeth's conversation and encourages Nikolas to stop blaming himself for something he didn't do.  He loses his patience with Sam when she tells him that he should be with his son, especially since today is his birthday.

Johnny fills Claudia in on Sonny's family tree, particularly Ric.  Alexis tries to get through to Kristina who remains distant and silent.  Sonny comes over and tries to help, while Alexis schedules an appointment for Kristina with Lainey.  Lulu runs into Logan, who asks her if she's been seeing Johnny.  Spinelli goes to Lulu afterwards and asks her to proceed with caution but, of course, she doesn't know what he means.  He caves and tells her that he and Maxie are suspicious of Logan's actions.

On the piers, Claudia and Jason run into each other again.  She asks him to play another round of pool but he tries to take off.  She asks him what always keeps him in a rush but he doesn't answer.  Kate tries to work things out with Sonny and get back together.   He doesn't give her any indication that he's ready to do that so she leaves.  Jason shoots Claudia down and leaves to attend to his business.

Maxie brings the medication she found in Coop's room to the hospital to get it examined.  Ian says it's an experimental drug and then asks if her boyfriend had been in the Army.  Lulu thinks that Maxie is manipulating Spinelli and has no evidence against Logan.  Carly tells Jax that she wants to buy the same building Kate has her eye on for her new office.  Carly wants to build a day care center or a teen center.

Trevor runs into Kate on the piers, who tries to convince her to give up chasing after Sonny.  Nikolas collapses in the middle of General Hospital and Elizabeth holds him on the floor.  He starts shaking and saying that he can see Emily.  He flashes back to the ball up until the moment he sees the killer.  Elizabeth asks him who he sees after he says that he didn't kill her.  Lulu sneaks into Logan's apartment and finds medication and a box containing a ski mask and a cell phone.  Logan returns right after and Lulu is caught red handed.

Spinelli shows Jason a picture of Claudia, realizing that they have already met.  Sonny tries to track down Skye and Claudia shows up to try to distract (and seduce) him.  Michael tries to throw his gun into a trash bin in an alley but he drops it an it fires.  Both Carly and Kate are nearby but the screen cuts to black.
