Twenty-five-year old Josie's hometown is originally Laguna Niguel, California but now spends most of her time in Westwood, still in California.  She is a cyber girl for men's magazine Playboy and an aspiring actress.  She studied but did not finish her undergrad degree at Loyola Marymount University.  She plays tennis on her spare time, and also likes running, walking, attending musicals, and traveling to exotic islands.  She says she doesn't like men who are not sure where their career is going.

Josie is among the women who will be competing for the attention of 29-year-old Matt Neustadt in the CW reality show Farmer Wants a Wife.  Matt, a soybean farmer from Portage Des Sioux, Missouri, takes ten city women out of their fast and chaotic urban lifestyle to experience life in the farm, while hoping to spark romantic connections in the process.  There are unconfirmed rumors that Farmer Wants a Wife requested Playboy to take down Josie's pictures on their site as this was demeaning to the show. Playboy did remove the pictures shortly.

Josie will be tackling a series of farm-inspired challenges that will test her adaptability and suitability to deal with country life, all the while aiming to gain Matt's interest.
