On “McStroke,” Peter Griffin decides to grow a mustache, but is mistaken for a fireman since they all have mustaches.  He then ends up saving the day when a fire breaks out at a local fast food restaurant.  As a reward for his efforts, the grateful owner of the restaurant gives Peter unlimited burgers.

As expected, Peter eats too many and suffers a stroke.  He eventually recovers, but vows to expose the fast food company for what it really is because he is now convinced that the company is corrupt. In the process of infiltrating a McBurgertown warehouse, he forges a friendship with a genetically-engineered cow.

Serving as a guest star for tonight's episode is Ricardo Montalban, who will provide the voice of the Cow. In addition to Family Guy, he has also voiced acted in the animated series Kim Possible as Señor Senior Sr.  This Mexican actor is known for playing Mr. Roarke on the television series Fantasy Island and Khan Noonien Singh on Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.  His other credits include The Colbys, The Ant Bully, and Executive Suit.

Montalban joins Family Guy's main voice cast consisting of Seth MacFarlane as Peter Griffin, Stewie Griffin, Brian Griffin, and Quagmire, Alex Borstein as Lois Griffin, Seth Green as Chris Griffin, Mila Kunis as Meg Griffin, and Mike Henry as Cleveland.
