Drake Bell is one of the most promising young actors nowadays. His innate talent as an entertainer, whether as an actor, singer, guitarist or songwriter, has enabled him to shine in the limelight. His revitalizing presence, more often than not, makes him the life of the party. Handsome and witty, he possibly excels in whatever endeavor he puts his heart into. His distinct taste in music, highly influenced in old school and classic rock, amazingly captivates listeners of all ages. As an actor, he proves that he is highly capable of winning the crowd with his acquisition of the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in the "Favorite Male TV Actor" category for his inclusion on the show Drake & Josh.

Born on June 27, 1989 in Orange County, California, Jared Drake Bell studied at the Orange County High School of the Arts. He entered the world of show business at a very early age, learning how to act at the age of five and playing the guitar at the age of fourteen. His film credits included Drifting School, The Neon Bible, Jerry Maguire, Dill Scallion, The Jack Bull, High Fidelity, and Perfect Game. In addition, he also graced the television loop with shows like The Amanda Show, Zoey 101, and Yours, Mine and Ours. As an avid fan of The Who, Beatles and Elvis Presley among others, his passion for music developed, which prompted him to release his first album entitled Telegraph on September 27, 2005, as well as his second album, It’s Only Time, which was released in 2006.

Playing Drake Parker on the show Drake & Josh allows him to portray an extension of the musical persona he has in real life. He depicts a character that is highly engrossed with girls, habitually collecting as many girlfriends as possible. Although he appears to be performing poorly in many of his subjects, he has a natural aptitude for math. His inclusion on the show certainly makes the show very interesting to watch.
