It's the semi-finals on Dancing with the Stars, so just one more couple will be cut before the finale.  With four talented and likeable celebrities left, predicting the final three isn't as easy as you might think.  Will Donny Osmond overcome being at the bottom of the leader board?  Will Kelly Osbourne, the only dancer to never receive a 10, go home?  Will the consistent and sexy Joanna Krupa somehow fall flat?  Or will Mya, the clear frontrunner, miraculously get voted out in the biggest upset ever?

All those possibilities might happen on tonight's Dancing with the Stars results show, but which one will it be?  Let's look at the numbers.

The Leader Board

Mya and Dmitry Chaplin: 28+30+29=87 (27.2 percent)
Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough: 27+27+27=81 (25.3 percent)
Kelly Osbourne and Louis van Amstel: 24+27+27=78 (24.4 percent)
Donny Osmond and Kym Johnson: 21+26+27=74 (23.1 percent)

All the couples are within 4 percent of each other, so America's vote could swing things around.  If the charm and appeal of Donny and Kelly vastly overpowers Joanna, who seems to be the least liked star remaining based on the comments I've seen, then we could be ready for a huge upset.  In week 9, Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough scored nine 9s from the judges, proving that, based on the judges' scores, they're the only pair left who can remain competitive with Mya and Dmitry.

Based on the leader board, I'd say Mya is safe, since everyone loves her and knows that she deserves to win.  I also think Kelly is relatively safe, as she is far and away the most loved contestant remaining.  That would leave Donny and Joanna as the bottom 2.

Fantasy TV Predictions

For BuddyTV's Fantasy TV League, here are the current predictions about who will be eliminated.

Kelly: 58 percent
Donny: 26 percent
Joanna: 11 percent
Mya: 5 percent

Clearly Kelly is the overwhelming favorite, but I'm guessing that's based largely on pre-show analysis.  After last night's performances, Kelly's chances are a lot higher, and Donny and Joanna should still be feeling uneasy.

I asked BuddyTV users who they thought would be eliminated, after watching the performance show and here are those results:

Donny: 42 percent
Kelly: 31 percent
Joanna: 16 percent
Mya: 11 percent

Clearly the actual show made many people change their predictions to Donny, but Kelly is still in a bit of danger.

My Prediction

Mya is definitely safe, I have no doubt.  I also feel fairly confident that Kelly is going to surprisingly make the finale, just because it's the most uplifting story.  That leaves Donny and Joanna in my bottom 2.  While Donny probably has more fan support, I still give the edge to Joanna and Derek.  They've made the most exciting and entertaining performances all season, and while people might like Donny more, I still think they'd rather see Joanna and Derek dance.

So I predict Donny Osmond and Kym Johnson will be eliminated, falling one spot short of his sister Marie.
