Following the Dancing with the Stars tribute to Patrick Swayze, next week's results show will feature a massive tribute to Michael Jackson, performed by 16 professional dancers and choreographed by seven of the show's pros, including Derek Hough and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Given everything Michael Jackson contributed to the world of dance, it makes sense that so many of the professional dancers will be involved in this tribute, and hopefully the fact that it took so long to make this happen means they've been working on some exceptional routines for a long time.

In other Dancing with the Stars results news, Taylor Swift will perform during the October 27 episode.  This will serve as good practice for another upcoming live television event she has when Swift hosts (yes, HOSTS) Saturday Night Live on November 7.  Just because it's so painfully obvious, I pray they DON'T do a Kanye skit.
