Dancing with the Stars 7: Top 12 Results Live Thoughts
The three- night Dancing with the Stars premiere event continues tonight!

For the past two nights, we've been treated to 25 routines.  The first night featured cha cha cha and foxtrot; we got to see some mambo and quickstep last night.  Already, Jeffrey Ross and Edyta Sliwinska have fallen, having failed to impress either the judges or the audience at home.  There will be another elimination tonight.  Rocco and Cloris are at the bottom of the standings, but will their fans pull them through to next week?  Will it be Kim's last appearance on the dance floor?

Whatever happens tonight, I'll be recording everything right here in my live thoughts.

The evening begins with the professionals performing a group dance together.  No disrespect to the celebrities on Dancing with the Stars, but I can watch the pros all day long.  They are incredible.  Also, I love when they dress up all dominatrix-style.

Tom Bergeron and Samantha Harris recap last night's performances, but you and just read my live thoughts or my recap.

The first two couples definitely moving on to next week are Brooke and Derek, and Kim and Mark.  Doh,  I was wrong.  I thought Kim would be gonzo.  Oh well.

For the encore tonight, Jeffrey Ross and Edyta Sliwinska dance the quickstep that they would have performed last night had they not been eliminated.  You know, it's not great, but much, much better than their horrendous cha cha from the night before.  Good job to these two!

In no particular order, the next couple who is safe is Cloris and Corky!  Yayyy!!!!!  Oh, I'm so psyched.  I just love this old dame.

Now, it's time for Jesse McCartney to perform on the Dancing with the Stars stage.  Golly, is he what the kids are into these days?  After the performance, Adam Carolla from season 6 takes to the streets of Hollywood to ask the people what they think of this season.  It's actually pretty amusing, especially when he rips on Cody Linley for getting his grubby paws all over his ex-dance partner.

Now, the next couple who will be dancing for at least one more week is Maurice and Cheryl.

And now, it is time for the Jonas Brothers!  Heh, I kind of like these kids.  I can't get behind Jesse McCartney as an artist, but the Jonases are pretty cool.

Two more couples who have been saved by the audience votes are Misty and Maks, and Warren and Kym.

Only six couples remain.  After the commercial break and some backstage fun with Cloris and Corky, we find out that Susan and Tony, and Rocco and Karina will all be making it back to next week.

It's down to the wire now.  With four couples left to hear their fates, Lance and Lacey are announced safe first.  Next, Cody and Julianne are safe.  That leaves Ted and Inna, and Toni and Alec.  They are not necessarily both in the bottom two, but one of them will be leaving Dancing with the Stars right now.

The eliminated couple is Ted and Inna, which means that Toni and Alec will be back next week.  Sad!  I thought that Ted had a lot of potential for the show, and I'm disappointed that we will not be able to see more of Inna, who made a fantastic debut on Dancing with the Stars.  I hope she at least comes back for some professional performances.
