Zeljko Ivanek was born August 15, 1957 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. This Yugoslavian-born actor is a graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and has been nominated thrice in the Tony Awards. His first nomination came in 1983 as Featured Actor in a Play, for his performance in Brighton Beach Memoirs. He was next recognized in 1992 for the same category, this time for his work in Two Shakespearean Actors. His third nomination came in 2006 for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play for The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial.

Ray Fiske, played by Zeljko Ivanek on Damages, is Arthur Frobisher’s vicious, cunning and devious lawyer.
