Brenda Torres, a sixteen-year old from Texas, wanted to win the Miss Val Verde crown, and asked her mother for help and support. Her mother was thrilled for her daughter’s goal, and wasted no time in hiring the right people to help Brenda, like Gus, one of the most well known pageant coaches in the area. Together, they worked on to improve Brenda’s image, improving her accent and transforming her looks. Brenda won the crown, and is bent on preparing for the next step, the Miss Texas pageant.
Brenda was one of the beauty pageant contestants featured in MTV’s reality TV show, Tiara Girls.
