Tonight on Chuck, Mr. Chuck Bartowski breaks up with his fake girlfriend/CIA agent Sarah Walker.  He does this for a couple reasons.  One, he was shot down by Sarah while she was under the power of truth serum (although, she later admitted that she is impervious to truth serum because she's a bad ass).  Two, Chuck met Lou, played by the The OC's Rachel Bilson, a sandwich maker with quirky likability of Summer Roberts.  Now, Chuck is juggling two ladies and his latest mission involving a dangerous package arriving in Los Angeles.

In Helsinki, Finland some bad guys appear to be stealing some storage containers on the docks.  Inside of one container looks to be a bomb that is set to go of in 72 hours.

Morgan wants to hang out with Chuck that night, but Chuck has plans.  He tells Morgan that he and Sarah broke up.  Sarah enters the Buy More and Chuck takes her into the theater room to do the fake break-up.  Sarah thinks that the fake break-up is bad for the cover.  Chuck insists though, and Sarah admits that she's going to have to sell it.  She starts crying on cue, and walks out of the Buy More in tears while everyone watches.

Chuck arrives at Lou's sandwich shop.  The DC bosses aren't happy with the break-up, and decide they need to find out everything about Lou.

Chuck and Lou make out in their car.  She asks Chuck to come inside and then she makes Chuck a sandwich.  He loves it.  While inside the sandwich shop, Chuck flashes on an ad for a party at a club.  Chuck flashes on a guy's name – Stavros Demetrios.  Chuck asks Lou who Stavros is.  It's Lou's ex, and apparently is a real bastard.

Chuck, Sarah and Casey are debriefed about Stavros.  He's a playboy, and an arms-type dealer.  Just a bad dude.  Intel says that he may be receiving a shipment of some kind, possibly a weapon.

Lester heads to the Wienerlicious and hits on Sarah. She intimidates him and he leaves.  Lou shows up and talks to Sarah.  They have an icy, yet polite conversation.  Lou shows up at the Buy More and meets Morgan.  Morgan approves.  Chuck says that they should go to Club Aries and see Stavros.  Lou gives in.

Chuck gets set up for the club by Sarah and Casey.  He gets mic'ed up and ready to go.  Sarah is uncomfortable with the situation.

Morgan tries to make a move on Anna, but she shoots him down.

At the club, Chuck meets Stavros and agrees to have a drink with him in the VIP area.  They take a shot.  Stavros talks a little about Lou's wild side – she once threw a lamp at him.  The conversation is devolving and Sarah decides to go in and help.  Lou is upset when she sees Sarah and decides to leave.  As she leaves, Chuck sees Stavros's father entering the club, and Chuck flashes on him.  Chuck gets close enough so the mic picks up their conversation.  They hear where and when the package is coming in.

Chuck calls Lou and leaves a message.  Casey tells Chuck that they are on their way down to the docks to intercept the package.  Chuck is not invited.  Sarah comes over and apologizes to Chuck for interfering the previous night.  Lou still won't answer Chuck's calls.

Chuck heads over to Lou's sandwich shop and waits in line to speak with her.

The government agents intercept the package.  They open the storage crate and the only thing they find inside is a video camera.

Chuck makes amends with Lou at the sandwich shop...eventually.

Stavros and his father figure out the government has found their shipment.  The father has found Chuck's bug, and gives it to Stavros and tells him to find the man it belongs to.

Chuck wakes up and talks to himself in the mirror when Sarah and Casey arrive.  They think that Lou set up Chuck, and show Chuck a picture of her and Stavros exchanging money after the arms seizure-went-wrong.  They all follow Lou to behind Stavros' club, and he gives her a crate of goods.  Chuck calls her out when Stavros leaves and angrily opens the crate – it's full of imported meat for her sandwiches.  Lou leaves angry, ending it with Chuck.  Sarah arrives, but then Stavros also shows up, knowing that the bug was his.  He and some goons abduct him and Sarah, putting them in the trunk of a car.

Casey figures out something is wrong.  Sarah and Chuck argue jealously in the trunk.

Anna comes into the theater room and makes out with Morgan.

Chuck and Sarah are being interrogated.  Chuck stalls them before being tortured by flashing on all the bad guys.  Their package arrives – Chuck thinks it's a chemical bomb that will explode within minutes.  Chuck and Sarah are about to be killed when Casey arrives.  Casey allows Chuck and Sarah to escape, while Casey engages them in a shootout.

Chuck and Sarah find the chemical bomb first, and the time is running down.  Chuck doesn't flash, and they don't know how to diffuse it.  They watch the seconds count down and right as it's about to explode, Sarah kisses Chuck.  They make out for a a long time – the bomb doesn't explode.  They stop, and things are a bit awkward.

Chuck goes to see Lou at the sandwich shop.  He apologizes profusely.  Lou now thinks that Chuck is an undercover FDA agent – that's what Casey told her.  So, they are done.

Sarah and Casey go back to inspect what they thought was the bomb.  It was actually a chamber and the timer was administering an oxygen count.  They unveil the chamber and Bryce Larkin is inside and he's alive.  That doesn't make much sense.
