After all of their hard work over the past 21 days, graduation has finally arrived for the participants of Celebrity Rehab.  But goodbyes aren't always that easy.  Most of the time, it involves a lot of drama and tonight's episode is no exception.

Read on to find out what's in store for tonight's Celebrity Rehab season finale.

It's day 19 on Celebrity Rehab and the patients are returning back from their evening out a comedy club to the recovery center.  Jeff had stayed back ill and when Vikki returns to check on him, he is obviously upset at her for abandoning him.  Despite Vikki's reasoning, Jeff becomes increasing angry and at the height of his rage, he kicks her in the chest.  Shocked and hurt, Vikki goes to the emergency room, while the rest of the patients are annoyed by the incident.

The following day, Dr. Drew confronts Jeff to explain that the recovery center doesn't tolerate his kind of bad behavior.  He has to dismiss Jeff from the program but suggests that Jeff transfer to Las Encinas, where they can monitor him and his medication.  Jeff is not pleased with Dr. Drew's decision and insists on going home.  Fortunately, Vikki forgives Jeff and decides to go home with him.  Meanwhile, the rest of the group agrees that Jeff and Vikki's relationship is very unhealthy.

In their final process group, Gary has a surprising breakthrough.  Gary joined the second season of Celebrity Rehab as the cast's sobriety coach but later realizes that he is there as a patient like the others.  Now, he admits that he is an addict in every way.  Gary also has chosen graduation day as his sober date.  The group cheers and commends Gary for all of his hard work.
