Allison Munn was born on October 7, 1974 in Columbia, South Carolina to Russell and Nadine. When she was a young girl, her mother encouraged her to perform in the arts by letting her take dance and singing lessons. She was educated at the College of Charleston and thereafter moved to New York where she won a role on the Broadway epic The Fantastiks. Munn also appeared in the films White Oleander with Michelle Pfeiffer, and Elizabethtown, which was directed by Cameron Crowe. Her big break came when she was cast for a role in 2002 in the series What I Like About You. She also had a recurring role on That '70s Show as Caroline, Fez's borderline stalker girlfriend. In 2007 she was cast for a role on the new ABC comedy series Carpoolers.

Cindy is played by Allison Munn on the ABC comedy series, Carpoolers.
