It happened Monday night. We finally found out which bachelor left his girlfriend back home to join The Bachelorette and it was somewhat shocking. While viewers already anticipated that this drama would kick off at the beginning of the season, it was surprising to see Brian's alleged girlfriend Stephanie on the show and their dramatic confrontation. Below you can find Ali Fedowtosky's reaction, Chris Harrison's side of the story and Desiree Hartsock's sentiments over this week's ordeal.

Bachelorette season 6 star Ali Fedotowsky:
"Brian's girlfriend was obviously very passionate about their relationship status, and she was very...dramatic. Do I think they had a relationship when he left for the show? Probably. Do I think it was healthy? No. I'm not defending him, because he lied, but maybe this was his way of moving on. Or maybe he actually was playing his girlfriend and the 'seven other girls' he had allegedly been dating. Regardless, Desiree wasn't into him and she was absolutely right to send him home
Bachelorette host Chris Harrison:
"Stephanie and I were waiting together out front while Des talked to Brian. She was incredibly upset and emotional. In fact, she was so upset I wasn't sure she would be able to walk in the house, much less confront Brian. Somewhere between the front door and the backyard she found the strength because she let him have it and didn't stop. I mean she really, really didn't stop, for a very long time. Des and I were standing there looking at each other and couldn't help but laugh as this guy got everything he deserved.
It really wasn't a funny situation -- it was actually very sad as this guy obviously was in no place to be there for Des, and he was obviously messing with this other woman's life."
"I had no idea that Brian had a girlfriend back home or that he had unresolved problems with her. I was disgusted
when I heard the news, and even more outraged when I learned that Stephanie is a single mother. It made me mad that someone could be so deceitful and disrespect women in that way.
He also wasted my time and took the spot of another guy that did have the right intentions. Regardless of whether Brian and Stephanie were still together or not, there was no chance he was there for the right reasons - or that he was staying. I just wanted him out of the house and to put it all behind me."
