Recap:
Our second live eviction show of the BIG BROTHER 7: ALL-STARS season begins with a flashback to last episode's Power of Veto ceremony. Erika choose not to use her Veto and then we get the nominee's (Nakomis and Diane) reactions. Nakomis is pretty angry that the veto wasn't used, complaining that ChillTown needs to be taken out. Diane isn't surprised, citing how almost all of the BIG BROTHER HouseGuests lack a spine.
After Nakomis and Diane agree not to campaign against each other, Nakomis immediately reneges and goes to the Head of Household room. She tells the Season Sixers that if they keep her, she is 100% on board with them to start getting rid of ChillTown. The Sixers believe her and begin to try and acquire all the necessary votes to keep Nak in the BIG BROTHER house.
Julie Chen goes to the BIG BROTHER living room for some live interviews. George is dressed in his aluminum foil chicken suit, furthering the stereotype that Chicken George is dumb. Howie is asked whether he will get Botox from Dr. Will when the show ends. Chen then talks to Diane about her nomination. Nothing groundbreaking. In the Diary Room, an interesting thing happens. Boogie and Will vote to evict a different person; Will to evict Diane, Boogie for Nakomis. There might be some complex game play occurring here, but I think it'd be safe to chalk it up as Will just trying to mess with people.
Next, we have a long segment on Kaysar and how him being Muslim affects his game play. We get interviews with his sister and an advocate from his mosque. They are both proud of Kaysar and his ability to blend into a house full of scheming, lying, drinking, and all-around chicanery without forfeiting his Islamic values. It's interesting, maybe a little boring, but I come away really liking Kaysar.
The subject of the supposed Mr and Mrs. Smith alliance (Jase and Diane) is speculated upon, with video evidence. From the way BIG BROTHER edited this segment, it seems like it was just a rumor that took off, but it also seems pretty clear that it really does exist. However, it is unclear whether the BIG BROTHER 7: ALL-STAR HouseGuests believe the alliance exists or not. Regardless, I don't see Diane and Jase getting that far anyway, so it probably doesn't matter.
Time for eviction: Nakomis is ousted in an 8-2 vote. This was a foregone conclusion and thank goodness; the gap in aesthetic value between Diane and Nakomis is very large. I think the house made a good choice. Nakomis is bitter in her post-interview with Chenbot, claiming that Kaysar made a terrible mistake in not nominating ChillTown. I think Kaysar knew exactly what he was doing.
Time for the Head of Household challenge. Earlier in the day, the BIG BROTHER contestants were instructed to take special note of some pictures on the memory wall. They were stills from the four challenges that they had competed in thus far. They all head outside to their respective booths to play a game called Pay Attention. In it, Chen asks highly specific questions about the stills from the previous competitions and the contestants are given two possible answers, a or b. Howie and Chicken George are, not unexpectedly, eliminated after the first question. By the end, the final two are James and Danielle, with James winning in a tie-breaker. And we all know what that means: another BIG BROTHER 6 Head of Household! An incredible three-week-in-a-row run. Who will James target? ChillTown or more floaters? We'll find out on Sunday.
