Recap:
Our first non-Alison episode of the year begins with Janelle saying that she feels safe now that Alison is gone, since she was her biggest threat. The thing is, though, there are a number of HouseGuests who would love you out of the game, Janelle, but they're not as overt or obvious about it as Alison was. Danielle confesses that because Janelle campaigned hard to remove Ali instead of her, Danielle has been doing some serious Janelle ass-kissing. It seems that they're both okay with it.
We go back to the Head of Household challenge that we witnessed live on Thursday, and the all-too-enthusiastic celebration that occurred when Kaysar won. Howie absolutely flipped out, ran to Kaysar, and gave him a death-grip of a bear hug. Janelle soon followed, embracing the two men. Apparently, this was a controversial move on their part, according to almost every other HouseGuest. Why? Because they gave away their alliance. But, everyone knows that the Season Sixers are in an alliance, so this wasn't news to anyone. I don't understand why the other HouseGuests care.
The Big Brother Sixers (Kaysar, Janelle, Howie, and James) discuss their Nomination strategy. They contemplate Will and Boogie. Howie wants Nakomis gone. They can't come to a decision.
Now, the most unsettling segment of the program. Will is giving an unsolicited lecture on the relative merits of cosmetic surgery, especially Botox. I don't want to hear this. Will tells Howie that his forehead wrinkles are awful, make him look older, and that he needs some Botox. No, he doesn't Will. To top it off, Will admits that he routinely (!!) gets Botox done to his face. Will is 33 years old. I want to vomit.
The new Head of Household room has been changed around considerably since Janelle and Jase owned it. Inside, there are more Nomination discussions, the Sixers narrowing it down to Nakomis or Will/Boogie or a combination of the two.
Kaysar and Erika have some late-night personal conversations about women and what Kaysar looks for in them. It doesn't take long to realize that a) Erika loves Kaysar and b) Erika is fragile. Her fragility is explained by the recent termination of a four year relationship, just a couple of months earlier. And her dog died. It's been a rough year for Erika, and seeing her cry constantly isn't much fun.
We get more clips of Will verbally destroying the psyche of Howie. Howie tries to pull his weight intellectually with the good Dr., but it just gets ugly. Jase continues to play the game hard, scheming with both sides, being a friend to all. Will notices this, and is impressed. He even considers inviting him to join his and Boogie's "Chilltown 2.0? alliance.
The first food challenge of BIG BROTHER 7: All-Stars is set to begin with the HouseGuests split into two teams. The team that wins the challenge gets full food privileges; the team that loses has to eat "Big Brother Slop? for a week. The slop is like oatmeal, kind of. The challenge is in the backyard, where two long troughs are set up, both filled with the slop. Everyone has a partner, and they are bound by a leg to each other. In each trough, there are twelve plastic rats. First team to find all the rats wins. The whole thing gets pretty gross, everyone recklessly dunking their heads in the slop. The red team wins.
Kaysar, interestingly, invites Will and Boogie up to the Head of Household room for discussions. He makes it clear that he is not interested in aligning with them, but has a proposal: Kaysar will nominate "floaters? instead of Will and Boogie, if they agree to do the same if either wins Head of Household next week. They all seem to think that this is the best plan.
On to nominations, where Will, again, tells the Diary Room that he will be quite offended if he doesn't get nominated. Well, get offended. Diane and Nakomis receive the nominations. By the looks on their faces, it's safe to say that they didn't see this coming. We end the episode with Boogie in the Diary Room. He is in awe of what just occurred, thinking it insane that he wasn't nominated.
We'll see.
