Chelsia Hart from Cedar Fall, Iowa was born on November 9, 1986. She is currently a German major at the University of Northern Iowa, and has lived in Germany. She will also be studying in Austria for a year beginning this September.
Describing herself as a hot party girl who says it like it is, Chelsia likes older men and desires to be loved and taken care of. She sees herself as wild, sincere, competitive and determined with a big attitude. She likes motorcycles and wants to sell Harleys. To prove that she is indeed wild, she has had everything pierced and has three tattoos, two of which cover her back. Chelsia enjoys watching football, dancing, drinking, going out and watching movies. She also enjoys watching television shows such as
Nip/Tuck , movies such as American Beauty and Running with Scissors, and listening to music from Tool and Marilyn Manson.

On Day 49, a unanimous vote of 5-0 sent Chelsia packing home and made her the fourth individual houseguest eliminated from the show. Instead of pleading her case during the eviction night, Chelsia lashed out in anger. She destroyed all the eggs that the housemates had decorated for Easter and then verbally attacked
Natalie , calling her a white trash and stressing out Natalie's lack of education.

James also got the chance to know each other. Following her eviction, Chelsia considered the relationship a mistake. “Developing a relationship with James -- having feelings for him -- has screwed me over in this game,” she said. But after seeing a video message from James, who said that the cash prize was not as worthy as being with her, Chelsia became emotional. “I came in here with the attitude that you could put whoever in-front of me and I'm not going to fall for anybody -- I'm here to play a game. This game is a lot harder than it seems,” Chelsia said.
Chelsia became the second member of Big Brother 9's jury.
