The Big Brother 12 house was turned upside down this week when Rachel went from nominee to HoH. Last week the Power of Veto changed the game with Brendon winning and saving himself. Will the same thing happen this week or will the nominations remain the same?

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 12 spoilers.

Rachel nominated Monet and Britney. The other three players for the PoV competition were Brendon, Enzo and Lane.

Defying all expectations, Britney won the Power of Veto.

So for the second week in a row, the PoV will be used and we'll get a replacement nominee.Since Monet was the real target all along, it might not change things, but the HGs have a lot of days to consider all the options.

Immediately after the competition, Monet and Britney were trying to convince Enzo that they need to get Kathy put up and evict her instead since she's a weak floater. Brendon and Rachel consider putting up Matt as the replacement pawn, which would work best for them since the Brigade, Kristen and Brendon would most likely vote to keep him and still evict Monet.

Whatever happens, deals are going to be struck and it will be a very interesting time in the house leading up to the PoV ceremony. I get the sense that Rachel understands that Britney and Monet are targeting her and Brendon no matter what they say, so I doubt she'll put any stock in what they have to say about the replacement nominee. Putting up Matt could be the most interesting play because it would force the Brigade to actually do something and risk exposure, especially since Monet and Britney think Enzo is with them.

Stay tuned for the PoV ceremony to see who will replace Britney on the block.
