Magdalena Maria Rivas Biography:
Magdalena Maria Rivas is from Worcester, Massachusetts. She was a student of the University of Massachusetts, where she majored in nursing and was on the Honor’s List. She stands at 5 feet and nine inches, and weighs about 115 pounds. Although Rivas is obviously an accomplished student, she decided to audition for America’s Next Top Model, Cycle 3, where she became one of the 13 finalists. She likes reading the popular fashion magazine, Cosmopolitan and names Catch Me If You Can with Leonardo DiCaprio as her favorite movie. Surprisingly enough, she enjoys eating pizza despite the troubles that it can bring upon a girl’s figure.
Joining America’s Next Top Model Cycle 3 did not necessarily put Rivas’ modeling career into high gear as she was the first one eliminated from the 14 finalists. She did get a little taste of what professional models go through everyday when they were flown from New York to Jamaica to do their very first photo shoot.
