We all know Miss J. Alexander as
America's Next Top Model "runway diva extraordinaire," and now he's put out a book to help those of us who are catwalk challenged (that includes me!) to channel
our inner supermodels, too.
The book is called
Follow the Model: Miss J's Guide to Unleashing Presence, Poise and Power, and Miss J recently sat down with ABC News to chat about his inspiration for the book, his job at
America's Next Top Model, and the wisdom he received from his grandmother and mother that goes far beyond strutting and posing.
Check out the video interview after the jump.
The Moment, the New York Times Fashion section, also caught up with Miss J this week, and talked about fashion (of course) among other things--including his feelings on drinks and drugs:
I know you have never dabbled in drinks or drugs. Why?
Because I was too damn poor to buy them! I've not even sniffed a
glue bottle or crushed up a thing. I wish I could think the same way
about sugar. I love a good cake. But I do get high over an amazing ball
gown.
