We've looked for models, singers, designers and dance crews. This time, NBC is on the lookout for America's Next Great Restaurant, a reality show that will follow contestants as they compete for the chance to open a new restaurant chain. Iron Chef America star Bobby Flay is on board as investor, judge and mentor for the show.

On the show, competitors will need to pitch their restaurant plans to a panel of investors, Flay and four other business and industry hotshots, who will put the ideas through a series of challenges to determine which has the greatest potential.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

The winner will have his or her idea brought to life, thanks to capital from the investors, in the hopes of becoming America's Next Great Restaurant. The new restaurant chain will open in three cities across the country.

Casting calls for America's Next Great Restaurant kicked off on March 19 in New York City, before teams went on a cross-country tour to look for interested participants. Other venues included Franklin, Tenn.; Raleigh, NC; Columbus, Ohio; Warrenville, Ill.; Mission, Kan.; Denver, Colo.; and finally Burbank, Calif.

"You don't need to have any experience in restaurants or business or anything. If you have an idea that you are passionate about that you think would make a great restaurant that you would like to go to, you should come down and pitch it," said casting director Nick Gilhool.
