Sadly, it's not because of their mad love for Harris (we're personally nuts about the guy), but it was simply an oversight: The hosts of award shows are supposed to be nominated with producers. Marcia Gay Harden's coming back to NBC's Law & Order: SVU! Harden was nominated for an Emmy in 2007 for her guest appearance on the show as Federal Agent Dana Lewis. She'll be popping back up on the eighth episode of the upcoming season, which premieres Sept. 22. [TV Guide]
