Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Jason Thompson, also known as Dr. Patrick Drake on General Hospital, is heading to the CW series, according to TV Line. He'll be playing a detective named Eugene Thompsen and will be handling a "major" and "top secret" case. Fans can expect Thompson to make his debut in the third episode of season 5, which kicks off on October 8.

Lindsey McKeon, on the other hand, has been tapped as a patient who serves as a mentor to Silver (Jessica Stroup), Zap2it.com has learned.  McKeon, who will also appear in the third episode of the upcoming season, has previously appeared as Tessa the Reaper on Supernatural and as Haley's sister Taylor on One Tree Hill

Deadline.com also reports that Jessica Parker Kennedy is hopping 90210 following her stint on The Secret Circle. She's set to play Megan, a girl who reveals her story in group therapy.

As for the musical guest stars, The Hollywood Reporter reveals that Canadian singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jespen, best known for the song "Call Me Maybe," will perform a song from her new album in the season 5 premiere. Boston-based musician Sammy Adams will appear next in an October episode as he performs a song at one of Naomi's (AnnaLynne McCord) parties.

Meanwhile, a familiar face is expected to return on 90210. TV Line reports that Lori Loughlin is reprising her role as Debbie Wilson in the season 5 opener presumably for his son Dixon, who was in a car accident at the end of last season. Whether she returns to help her son recuperate or plan his funeral remains to be seen.
