Jack McBrayer Biography:

Jack McBrayer was born on May 27, 1973 in Macon, Georgia. He attended the University of Evansville, where he studied theater. He gained much popularity for his comedic acting in the 2006 film, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, where he acted opposite Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly. McBrayer has had extensive experience in improvisational comedy, having performed with I.O. in Chicago and Los Angeles, The Second City’s e.t.c. Stage (also in Chicago) and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York. On the small screen, McBrayer has appeared in a number of shows, including Late Night with Conan O’Brien and Arrested Development. At present, he appears regularly on the hit comedy series, 30 Rock.

Kenneth Parcell, on the NBC comedy series 30 Rock, is portrayed by Jack McBrayer. A native of Stone Mountain Georgia, Kenneth is an NBC page who is known for his always-joyful attitude, childlike innocence and optimistic outlook. He has a very close relationship with his mother and has a very distinct Southern accent. Despite his awkwardness, he treats people with utmost respect and carries out his tasks with great enthusiasm. He takes his faith seriously and preaches about God when he feels it is necessary. Aside from answering calls and running errands for the writers, Kenneth also works as Tracy Jordan’s personal assistant.
