Alec Baldwin isn’t the only 30 Rock actor who has been making controversial news lately. 30 Rock’s Tracy Morgan has been accused by a deejay in Florida named Yuleika DeCastro, for “allegedly” groping her. According to the Miami Herald, police are looking to question the 38-year old comedic actor.

Yuleika DeCastro, also known as Sandy Domingo on the air, has filed a complaint on Friday, May 11, for misdemeanor battery. Based on DeCastro’s allegation, Morgan has walked into her studio at Mega 94.9 after finishing his interview with another station on Big 105.9’s Paul & Young Ron morning show, and has grabbed her arms, has kissed the back of her head and has laid his head on her lap.

Backing up DeCastro’s story are witnesses who has confirmed that Morgan seemed "totally out of it" during his interview on Big 105.9's Paul & Young Ron morning show, where he promoted his approaching show at the Improv Comedy Club and Dinner Theatre in Coconut Grove. In addition, DeCastro has also reported to authorities that Morgan smelled like he had been drinking, which will further complicate his case on violating his probation on a DUI charge, which will commence in the coming week.

In February, the 30 Rock actor has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunk driving rooted from a November DUI incident in New York. He is scheduled to wear a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring ankle bracelet on May 25 in Los Angeles, and has been ordered to wear the device for 90 days in order to monitor his skin for alcohol vapors. If the test comes back positive, the 90 days monitoring will start all over again and if he fails to come clean the second time around, he will be facing jail for 30 days.

According to Miramar Police Department spokesman Bill Robertson, once the police report is filed, the Broward County State Attorney's Office will have to decide on whether to press charges.
