Shane Landrum Biography:
Shane was born on July 2, 1983 in Boston, Massachusetts. At 20, he joined Road Rules Campus Crawl, leaving his studies at the UNC Chapel Hill behind. He wasn’t participant on the show for very long, but the experience changed his life tremendously. As a homosexual, Shane was able to break down a lot of barriers, even within his own self, and was able to find the confidence he had always longed for after appearing on the show. He is now one of the most popular gay celebrities in the industry. Since appearing on Campus Crawl, he has gone on to join four more MTV series and even returned to school to finish his studies. Shane hopes to become a Spanish Linguist and eventually a US Diplomat. His inspiring story continues to touch more lives as Shane also works as a public speaker.
Back for another season of Road Rules in Road Rules: Viewer’s Revenge, Shane is competing vigorously in the hopes finding out more about himself. On the first week, Shane was nominated to the elimination pit, but it was his castmate Veronica Portillo who was sent back to the Pit Crew. Shane firmly stands his ground on the RV.
