Rupert Boneham Biography:
Rupert Boneham is a former gravedigger from Indianopolis, Indiana. Born on January 27, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan, Boneham moved to Indiana when he was quite young and attended Haworth High School. He took up nursing at both Crisco Junior College and Angelo State University. Since appearing on Survivor: Pearl Islands and Survivor: All-Stars, Boneham has been seen regularly in the Indianopolis 500 pre-race ceremonies and was cast in the independent film, Open Mic’rs. When he received one million dollars from Survivor: America’s Tribal Council, Boneham used the money to purchase a house for his family, open a college account for his daughter, Raya, and create an organization for troubled teenagers called Rupert’s Kids.
Because he was a contestant on Survivor: Pearl Islands, where he finished 8th as part of the merged tribe, Balboa, Boneham was asked to come back the following season for Survivor: All-Stars. He was initially with the Saboga tribe but after the tribe switch, was placed under the Chapera tribe. Similar to his performance on the previous season, Boneham was seen to be hot-tempered with violent tendencies. On one instance, he had a terrible argument with tribemate Jerri Manthey
over the location of their shelter. Nevertheless, Boneham lasted longer on his second stint at the Pearl Islands, having been voted off on Day 37 by the alliance of Rob
