Rory Schepisi is a 30-year old restaurateur originally from Saddle River, New Jersey, who now lives in Vega, Texas. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Schepisi also attended Johnson & Wales and is currently in the process of setting up her restaurant in Texas. Her specialty is grilled foods, particularly steaks and BBQ ribs and her culinary inspiration is Blue Fin chef, Eric Woods. Her favorite Food Network chef is Bobby Flay and her preferred food is Japanese cuisine although she admits she knows nothing about cooking it.
Rory Schepisi is one of eleven finalists on the reality cooking show, The Next Food Network Star.
