Nikki Shaw is a 38-year old caterer and mother of three from Oakland, California. A graduate of the Southeastern Culinary Academy, Shaw currently runs her own Los Angeles based food business which caters to celebrity clients. She is fond of eating crab and her specialty is seafood gumbo. Her favorite Food Network chef is Alton Brown and her favorite Food Network show is Good Eats.
Nikki Shaw was among the eleven finalists on The Next Food Network Star until she was eliminated on week two of the competition.
